How do you reclaim you after a divorce?

Reclaiming You is an ongoing support program that helps you find yourself after the tough decision to divorce.

What the program includes:

  • Bi-Monthly Zoom Meetings - 90 minutes
    (Meet Thursday evenings at 6:30 CST)

  • Private Facebook community

  • E-Booklet “Secrets to Thriving After Divorce”

  • 10 Tips for Divorce Recovery resource

  • Women who encourage and lift each other up in a safe and supportive environment.

  • A place to connect with others and receive support.

  • Opportunity to make lasting connections with women who are sharing your experience

  • Develop a roadmap for setting yourself up for success

  • Release and replace what is no longer serving you

  • Proven tools to help you manage your emotions and stay grounded

  • Recognizing and setting healthy boundaries

  • Envision your future and path to move forward

  • Guest speakers (financial, legal, etc.,) to provide their insights and expertise.


Throughout our group time together, we will create space to reflect on the following:  

  • Moving from shattered to wholeness; self-doubt and loneliness to purpose and meaning and finding hope for a new fulfilling life beyond divorce.

  • You’ll leave each session knowing what to focus on to make the changes you want!   

  • This is where attitude, hard work, and strategy blend together to create beautiful results.
